Cattlemen's is a relaxed local experience with top notch service and food quality! Steaks are amazing and be sure to save room for dessert - delectable! If the locals recommend it, then don't miss out.

Our family had a lunch following our mother’s funeral where they closed the restaurant to just our family. The staff was terrific, the food was delicious and they added food to the menu to honor our mother’s funeral—Parker House Rolls and Lemon Poke Cake. We couldn’t have had a better family meal to celebrate our mother/grandmother/great grandmother. If you’re in Panguitch, I highly recommend you stop here for a meal.

Greek grilled chicken sandwich is finger kissing good. The proprietor is hilarious and kind. Couldn’t have had better service.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the historic ambience and great food (the ribeye was flavorful and delicious and my wife enjoyed the crab cakes). The salad with strawberry vinegarette was delightful and the homemade rolls were off the charts.
The building has a unique story (as told on the back of the menu) and the restaurant staff was warm and welcoming. A great place to grab a bit to eat on the way to or from Bryce -

The competition across the was crowded and overrun with kids. This was a nice quiet atmosphere for a couples meal in a lovely historic building. The steak was delicious, though more rare than the medium rare that was ordered. Spaghetti and meatballs were excellent. This is a nice family run restaurant, but they’re still learning the ropes on service. It took three people to bring us pre-meal beers, one too young to take the order, one who took the order but didn’t know the beer list, and another to deliver the beer. As parts of the meal were finished, the plates stayed on our table while our server and others walked by. Of note, the strawberry rhubarb pie is an excellent dessert. Overall, a lovely experience, and will only improve as the team gets more comfortable with their attention to customers.

My dad and I went on a roadtrip from Colorado Springs to Great Sand Dunes, Mesa Verde, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon and just the night before we went to Zion was the night we visited Cattleman's Steakhouse in Panguitch. I must say that this is the best restaurant we visited so far. Lovely place. Clean and cozy. Wonderful food. Wonderful people. You can really tell that the restaurant is run by the family and that the food is genuine. The grilled Tenderloin with baked potato, sautéed carrots, fresh salad was awesome. Would go here again, a must stop if you're on your way through Panguitch! 😋

We were here on a quiet night. Service was great and the space is charming. I had the sticky salad that was very generous and it hit the spot after an active day. My daughter had the grilled chicken breast with the best baked potato she has ever had. Again, generous portions. The rolls are to die for.

Very great restaurant, very western feel, especially if you’re looking for a Texas type environment. Their ribeye steak is very very good. Didn’t need to add any salt or pepper, it was full of flavor. Very great service.
